Yes we do! We offer Strength & Conditioning programs designed to complement your studio’s training and support dancer development.
Available in-person at your studio, if you are in the Grafton, NSW area or online via Zoom, these sessions help dancers build strength, improve flexibility, enhance performance, and reduce injury risk—all while supporting their technique training.
Programs can be tailored to suit your dancers’ age, level, and schedule.

Dance classes are where skills are acquired, technique is taught, choreography is learnt and performance skills are practiced. However, strength and conditioning training is where the physical foundation is laid which allows dancers to execute their dance skills safely and consistently.
When dancers train with Ignite they notice:
Corrections start to make sense—and actually stick
They build strength to support their technique
Movements become more controlled, powerful, and consistent
The risk of injury is reduced
It’s the missing piece that helps dancers progress faster, train smarter, and perform at their best.
Absolutely—our strength and conditioning programs are equally suited to pre-professional and professional dancers. In fact, dancers at a higher level often benefit the most from targeted training that supports the physical demands of their career.
Whether you’re looking to maintain your body during a busy season, return from injury, or take your performance to the next level, the program can be tailored to meet your needs.
Our Senior Group Class or Private Coaching, both offered in person and online via Zoom are the best options for professional dancers.
Yes - this is exactly the type of situation our program is designed for.
Research in dance science shows that stretching alone is often not enough to improve flexibility long-term. In fact, many dancers hit a plateau because flexibility depends on much more than just muscle length.
Things like strength, stability, alignment, and how the nervous system perceives safety all play a major role in whether the body allows more range.
When dancers develop strength and control alongside flexibility, progress tends to happen much faster.
It’s not always about working harder, it’s about training smarter.
